Content Update X

Updated content for corrections and improved clarity. Fixed overset text on the licensing page, and added a version number and date to the licensing page. This will be an evergreen document and I felt that versioning would be helpful at this stage. Thank you very much to everyone who has taken a look at this and especially to those who have donated.
